The Kenai Chest Holster was designed as the ultimate way to carry a firearm when hiking, hunting, fishing, or any other outdoor activity.
We settled on a blend of Kydex and Nylon for excellent retention characteristics, weatherproofing, and lightweight. The Kenai Chest Holster is a perfect pairing with a modern firearm such as the Glock 40MOS or a classic big bore revolver such as the Ruger Super Redhawk.
No matter what you’re doing in the backcountry, the placement of the firearm on your chest helps you be a hard target anywhere without compromising your choice of firearm. You can carry as big of a firearm as possible with maximum comfort. The centered position on the chest allows for a quick draw from any position, even when wearing bulky winter clothing or seated in a vehicle.

I ordered long ago. Mine is for sig p320 X five legion. It really gives me freedom of movement. No more having a holster pushing or digging into my side when I sit down. Excited about being able to use it in the winter months under my coat.

I have two of their chest Holesters bought over 2 years ago. The knuckles were cracking from being in the gun safe then in use. I called customer support explained my concern and verified date of purchase. They explained have changed suppliers and sent me a prepaid package to send back both Holesters . Sent me a email they received my Holesters . . They replaced the knuckles - fyi the part that hinged the Holesters to the harness- sent them back within 2 weeks . When they arrived I thought they gave me complete new holesters . Highly recommend

Just got my Custom Kenai Chest Holster for Super Redhawk Alaskan Revolver in .44 Mag. I was shocked by how comfortable it is; makes the weight and bulk of large handgun (loaded) with extra rounds seem to disappear... Easy to adjust, very ergonomic. Right amount of retention, yet clean draw. Reasonably priced. Looking forward to taking it out on my next elk hunt...

Great holster! I now have a holster for each pistol I carry based on activity. All I have to do is change out the holster and keep my harness the same. Light bearing Staccato XC for night time snowmobiling or elk locating. Staccato C2 for backwoods biking. Sig 226 for brush work and fishing. All have great retention! If you get a chance, swing by their outlet. Great folks and great products!

Just received my holster from FedEx, this hands down is one of the best holsters I've ever worn. I'm a very big guy and ordered the large straps; didn't even need to btw, when they say large they mean it! Best holster for very big guys! Super comfortable and well built.
