If you are curious about order status, please be aware that custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. Every order that comes custom is built to your specifications and is handcrafted. Nothing is off the shelf and we do not compromise on quality by rushing build times or cutting corners. If you require ship times faster than that – please check out our Amazon store, or the quick ship items on our website (smaller selection of pre-made best sellers), or be prepared to upgrade to our expedited build time option at checkout. With that said, we try to get orders out as fast as we can, depending on the current level of demand. We currently are running at six weeks for custom orders.
We aim to respond within 1-2 Business days of receiving your message. However, we may not always hit that timeline due to the high volume of inquiries we receive. Questions that include a contact phone number will receive priority for a response. Please also make sure you have typed your email address correctly and do not have aggressive spam filtering enabled. We may be trying to contact you, but with no phone number and an incorrect email address, it makes it very difficult. We promise we have seen your email. Please be patient.
