Custom Light Bearing Kenai Chest Holster

Just got my Kenai chest holster for my FNX 45 tactical with surefirex300u and RMR it fits absolutely perfectly. Wore it while hiking around and it was very comfortable and distributed the weight of my firearm nicely. I can wear it with my backpack and other gear on and it doesn't get in the way of anything. I'm super pleased with the holster.

This is a great holster. I ordered a custom Kenai holster with a camo fabric bonded to the outside for my pistol and it is exactly how I wanted it. I left the muzzle end up to Gunfighters and they made it closed which will protect the muzzle end of my pistol. The harness is fully adjustable, I’m keeping this one right at my sternum which has been out of the way and easily accessed. It arrived before my chukar hunt so I was able to use it then. It’s awesome and out of the way, I wore it while driving out in the desert with no problems. It didn’t interfere with my shotgun strap either. I keep it pretty snug over my hoodie I wear out when it’s cold. My favorite part of this holster is not having a strap to secure the pistol, it simply snaps in place and the pistol can be quickly pulled out. My pistol is fairly large and always felt comfortable sitting on my chest. I have recommended this design to friends and I will be ordering another.

Absolutely incredible holster! This is now my full-time winter carry even if I'm not hiking or hunting etc. Super fast draw and it's beyond comfortable. Easy to run in, drive in, everything! Not bulky appendix carry or OWB drama. Today I wore this with a hoodie and gym shorts while I went out for a couple of errands. I got the multi-cam tropic overlay and it is second to none. The lead time was also great, I was expecting it 2 months from now, but once the order was placed, it was here within two weeks. Absolutely awesome holster and I'll be buying another for my 1911. I just received my custom light-bearing Kenai Chest Holster yesterday. So far, all I've done is set it up, adjusted it, secured the strap tails, and practiced with it a little bit on the Mantis system. Initially the retention was so gnarly that It was impractical to get the gun out. After about 15 to 20 draws from the holster though, it began to loosen up just enough to be perfect. It is definitely a tight fit, which is what I'd want in this type of holster. I feel like I could be walking in the woods, trip, and cartwheel down a hillside and still have my gun at the ready when I came to land on a hibernating grizzly bear. Gunfighters Inc is also a small company in a rural part of Idaho, a company that I'm proud to support with my money. Not that many other options exist for my chosen pistol/light/sight combo...(FN510/X300/Eflex) But voting with my wallet is important to me, and I couldn't be happier to spend my money supporting a good company based in one of the last good places left. The system is very practical if you wear a pack with kidney belt/straps. It's more comfortable carrying like this than on the hip even if you aren't wearing a pack. And I think I'll beat up my gun less this way when dealing with climbing in tight spots. I'd recommend this product to any outdoorsman, in any place where there are big dangerous animals present. Or even if you're stuck in california still like me, and might have a run-in when returning to your camp with a rabid state-funded flesheating fentanyl zombie trying to get in your truck... (Happens)

Just received my Kenai Chest Holster in Camo print Kryptek Altitude-back shell OD Green w/OD green harness and a backup mag pouch ($221.00) This holster is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable, with smooth edges and exquisite work on this holster. I got this for my Springfield XDM 4.5" Elite 10mm w/Olight PL Mini 2 Valkyrie light and it fits perfectly! I believe anyone who ever goes out into the woods of any sort should have this chest rig. I looked into many bear attacks and the bear would pretty much always win even up against hunters with rifles because they can attack out of the blue with lighting speed...and not a single person had this type of life-saving chest rig. So bears beware ;)
