Listed Dealer Status: If you wish to be listed as a dealer on our website you must place an opening order order of $1000+ and have Physical store front.
MAP Policy: When a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is provided, the dealer agrees not to advertise, display, or publicly solicit sales below this price. We care about maintaining the integrity of our brand and want our dealers to make money. Protecting dealer margin is important to us. Dealers who violate MAP will lose Dealer Status and may be asked to return product.
Amazon or Ebay Sales: GunfightersINC does not permit dealers to sell any GunfightersINC products on Ebay or Amazon. Amazon Sales are exclusive to GunfightersINC and will always be listed at MSRP. Ebay will be used by GunfightersINC to sell Closeouts or Surplus Product at MAP price. Any Dealer sales on Amazon or Ebay will result in termination of Dealer Status.
Online Sales: Dealers are permitted to sell products on their own website but must also have a physical storefront. Dealers are not permitted to sell GunfightersINC products on Third-Party websites. Dealers must not sell below MAP. Dealers are encouraged to sell at MSRP except during promotional events.
Terms: New Dealers must pay for orders upfront before shipment. Any terms offered to established dealers are subject to final approval by General Manager and a satisfactory Credit Check.
Payment: Payment may be done via Check, Credit Card or Paypal. Credit Card or Paypal orders are subject to a 1% fee to cover transaction costs.
Returns & Shipment Discrepancies: Discrepancies, (shortages, overages, incorrect items, etc.), with shipments must be reported to GunfightersINC no later than 30 days from date of shipment. GunfightersINC will not be held responsible for discrepancies after this period. Returns or exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis, and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Dealers must return items in an unused and sellable condition.
Warranty Policy: All GunfightersINC products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects, workmanship or breakage due to normal usage. All warranty issues must be pre-approved by your account representative and GunfightersINC will repair, refund or replace any broken products solely at their discretion. GunfightersINC reserves the right to charge shipping for repair/replacement not due to workmanship.
Confidentiality: This agreement, any price lists, and all communications are considered confidential and will not be disseminated in any form by either party.
