GunfightersINC 1776 Blend

So 1776 Blend medium roast. We’ve been drinking it all week. Ground beans and steeped for 7 min. First off, very fruity notes, leaning on the berry side of flavors like blueberry. I also get some cocoa. Very smooth. Light acid, which isn’t typical for a medium. Definitely reminds me of an Ethiopian bean with the fruity notes. I gravitate toward the medium roasts. There’s so much more flavor profile in the beans that give them a distinct flavor. 1776 definitely has a distinct flavor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
